Certification and Fee

CMC candidate may directly apply the CMC Certification or Admission of Full Member (MIMC, Professional Member) firstly. For the candidate of successful admission of Full Member, Full Member may join the IMCHK Mentoring Program (guided by senior CMC member) to prepare their CMC Certification Examination.

Certification Process

Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong

The certification process consists of 3 parts:

​

Part 1: 10 multiple choice questions on the Code of Professional Conduct and Body of Knowledge (you can refer to the IMCHK Code of Professional Conduct and Body of Knowledge from IMCHK Webpage)

​

Part 2: Case study, consulting report preparation and presentation (you will have 90 minutes to study the case, prepare your presentation and 15 minutes to present your report)

​

Part 3: Panel interview (the interview will last for around 45 minutes). To ensure the transparency of this certification assessment, we have also attached the assessors' scoring sheet for your information
