Dr. Kwong has 30 years of experience in corporate training and consulting. He is a Certified Management Consultant with The Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong (IMCHK), Certified Sustainability Development Planner with World Institute of Sustainable Development Planner (WISDP), Certified ESG Planner with International Chamber of Sustainable Development (ICSD), Certified ESG Strategist with Hong Kong Institute of Certified ESG Strategists (HKICES), Certified Sustainability Manager with the Institute of Management Specialists (IMS) and Certified Data Broker. He is currently a visiting lecturer for the Family Office Programme of the Heng Seng University of Hong Kong.
Dr. Kwong has plenty of experience in doing and investing in tech startups. He is the Chairman of Fame Club International Limited (Cyberport Incubate), Council member of Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong, the President of the Technology Committee of the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Association, Honorary President of Asia Branding and Franchising Association, Vice-President of The Hong Kong Association for the Advancement of Science and Technology, director of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Association and Independent non-executive director of Citychamp Watch and Jewellery Group Limited (256) listed on HKEX. Dr. Kwong was awarded with BA (Hon), MBA, and DBA and MIT Emeritus <Digital Transformation> Certificate. His co-authored books include "Relationship Marketing" (2000)," "A Discourse on Legacy" (2014) and "Quantum Dialogue - Insights on the new business paradigm with Fred Tsao" (2019).

Dr. Terence Chung was one of the founding committee members of IMCHK and has been an accredited Certified Management Consultant (CMC) since 2000 and an Academic Fellow (CMC-AF) from ICMCI since 2022.
Terence is one of the founders of Integral Training & Consulting Ltd established in 2004. He is a management consultant, executive coach, professional facilitator, and university professor. His expertise spans organization development & change, strategic meeting facilitation, leadership development, and executive coaching.
As a scholar-practitioner over 25 years, Terence serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Hong Kong. Terence holds a PhD in Organizational Development & Change, an MA in Human & Organizational Systems, and a PgD in Management Consulting and Change (Distinction). He is a globally recognized professional with certifications including ICF-Certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), PMI-Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and IAF-Certified Professional Facilitator – Master & Assessor (CPF|M). He is also actively involved in volunteer work, serving his local community through bereavement and hospital ministry for those in need.
